We do recommend the professional plan to service based businesses because it includes YEXT, which is a search engine optimization tool that will make your business easier to find on the Google.
Here is a list and brief description of every automation we build into your ETOMI account.

-Appt Cancellation: If a customer cancels an appointment with you they will automatically receive a series of texts and emails asking them to reschedule an appointment with you.
-Appt Confirmation and Reminders: If a customer books an appointment with you they will receive a series of appointment reminders via text and email. Each text and email has a cancel and reschedule link attached. Giving the customer appointment reminders as well as the ability to cancel or schedule their appointment is a great way to heavily reduce no call no shows. There is not a sperate automation built for when a customer reschedules. If a customer reschedules an appointment through the link that they are sent the system will automatically update your booking calendar and add them back to the top of this workflow.
-Appt No Show: Even when a customer receives multiple appointment reminders with reschedule and cancel links, they sometimes will still no call no show. After they no call no show they automatically are marked as a no call no show in the customer tracking pipeline and the customer receives an email and text notification to reschedule another appointment with you. Every business handles their no call no shows differently so this automation can be changed fit your no call no show policy.
-Come Back and See US: After completing an appointment with you that customer will receive a text and email every 30 days asking them to come back and book another appointment with you. This is great to create a returning customer for your business.
-Create Contact When Appt Booked: Automatically have a customers contact information in your system when they book an appointment with you! This gives you ability build a list of customer to send bulk messages to. Ex: If you run a special promotion you can bulk send all customers that ever booked an appointment with you an email and/or text letting them know about your special offer.
-FB Lead: Form Submitted: When marketing on social media as a service based business its best to direct traffic to a form where they fill out their contact information rather than your website. They may not need your services today, but will in the near future. So on your ad you should offer a discount code for them on their next visit. When you offer to send an exclusive discount code to them, they will have no problem giving you their email to receive this code. This will allow you as a business to have a lead who is interested in YOUR BUSINESS SPECIFICALLY and upon form submission they will receive follow up emails to redeem their code. If they book an appointment with you then they will be automatically removed from this workflow.
-Missed Call Text Back: If a customer calls your business and you do not pick up they will automatically receive a text as well as a link to book an appointment with you.
-Review Request: Whenever a customer finishes their appointment with you they will be sent an email with a link to a form asking them to rate your service on a scale of 1-5 (5 being best) if they answer a 4 or better they will be directed to your Google review link where they will give you a lovely review for you business. If they answer a 3 or worse they will instead be directed to another form where they can give customer feedback that won't get published to the internet. This is an extremely valuable tool for building and maintaining your online reputation. Settings can also be changed to where you only direct people to your Google review link if they answer 5. Your customer will also receive a 1 time follow up message via email and text to leave a review in the case that they ignored your first request.
SMS Opt Out: This is for compliance with A2P 10DLC regulations when it comes to text marketing. If a customer were to reply "STOP" they will automatically be removed from all workflows and will not receive any more messages from you unless they re-opt in via form submission.
Yes! The ETOMI Software offers many automations that can be self set up, but setting up your account and designing automations can be time-consuming. By joining the Booking Business Solutions Program you receive all the automations listed above (refer to previous FAQ) no later than 24 hours after signing up.
